I . General Terms

Neat, unshaded references are required. I will not do work with traditional references, or shaded references.Disrespectful and/or rude behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled or denied if I see fit. I reserve the right to decline any commission.Any sort of deliberate breach of my terms of service will result in a blacklist and if severe enough, a beware may be made. It is your responsibility to have read my TOS as I link it along with my commission openings as well as in private messages before accepting your money.You may not, under any circumstance, use my art for NFT or for AI, regardless on how much you may have paid for it. If you are found to have done so an immediate blacklist and public beware will be made.TAT (turn-around-time) for my work is currently 2 months. If I expect a piece to take longer, that will be made clear before the commission is purchased. In the emergency situation that IRL situations cause a delay, clients will be told ASAP.I do not offer full refunds after I have finished lineart. After I have colored your piece, no refund is available unless I was, for any reason, unable to finish your piece.Your finished piece belongs to you entirely and you reserve the right to use my art as anything - charms, stickers, etc - for personal use. you do not need to ask me, the only exception is as stated above. If you will be reposting my art, I ask that you credit me in some way in the description or post directly. My socials can be found on the home page, otherwise, a link to my twitter is fine!

II. Payment

Payment in due in full upfront unless you are one of my close friends, and at this time, I do not do payment plans on art commissions.The currency I take at the moment is paypal via invoice. Do not send me your money before I send you an invoice.Chargebacks are strictly forbidden. The only reason a chargeback would be necessary is if, after the 2 months are up and if I have not messaged you about an extension, you have not recieved your piece. I save all messages like these. Filing a chargeback without these conditions met will result in a beware and blacklisting.

III. Process

Once a commission is accepted, I will make a trello card for it, which will then be sent to you.Preferences of poses and any props should be clarified, otherwise I will assume artistic liberty.Usually, I only check in once for the sketch unless I have a question about how your character is drawn.Once a sketch is finished, I will send it your way! At this stage, I will accept any corrections on your character's body type and slight pose changes. Sometimes my sketches aren't the cleanest so feel free to ask about anything I may have missed or anything that wasn't clearly visible on the sketch! I will not move on to lineart until you are satisfied with the WIP, and at this point, a refund is still possible.Once a sketch is approved, I will begin the lineart process. I may or may not ask questions in this process - But I will show you the lines once I've finished! After this point, I do not accept full refunds.Next, I will color your character, and probably finish the piece! Please feel free to let me know if i have missed a marking/colored something incorrectly! I will fix it for you.Your finished piece will be sent to you either via email, sta.sh link, or if the conversation is over discord, then there!

IV. Copyright & Usage

I reserve the right to use your commission as examples, and will credit if I am asked to!As stated before, any commission you, the buyer, have purchased from me can be used for any kind of personal use with the exception of NFT and AI.A purchase of commercial rights will always be 300% of the price -- which means you can use the artwork to make merch, sell items with the artwork on it, etc with credit. Claiming to have created these art pieces will result in a blacklist.The following is considered copyright infringement:- reproducing and selling my artwork without commercial rights.
- Taking credit for or claiming to have created my art.
- Removing my watermark from any piece.
- altering my art without my consent.
- tracing my art and posting it.

V. Design T.oS

You must have a toyhou.se to adopt! If you don't have one, I will provide you with an invite code! This prevents any confusion of a stolen character if it comes right from me as seen in transfer history. If you are going to delete your account or transfer it, please transfer or sell the design! You can hand it off to a friend or even myself for storage. I will not use your character.DO NOT DELETE / REUPLOAD CHARACTERS !! this erases the history of ownership and will erase its authentication as a glasscherries design.I do not mind if you change anything about the design. As long as the design is still recognizable, you are good to go! That being said-- should you change the design YOU ARE STILL REUQUIRED TO CREDIT ME AS THE DESIGNER.Once a design is purchased you have full rights to the oc. You do not need to credit me whenever you share the oc, nor do you need my permission to edit the design in any shape or form. Please keep the old design somewhere on the profile so that it still has a record if you redesign!You cannot sell "alt designs" or "twin ocs" or anything along that vein as seperate characters.Holds are +$5 per day held!
Payment is due before I send you the character.If you are blacklisted, and someone gives you one of my designs, that person will most likely be blacklisted by association and for not respecting my tos.if you fit basic dni criteria you are already blacklisted. If you make me, or my friends, uncomfortable or break my friends' tos knowingly, you will be blacklisted.
